Das Creative Producing is a master's program at the Amsterdam University of the Arts that shapes the producers and creative leaders of tomorrow. To capture what the program truly feels like from the inside, we created four films — one collective identity film and three intimate portraits of the people who lived it.

Two current students and one alumni-turned-mentor opened up about their process, their doubts, and what it means to bring creative work into the world. Together, their stories form a portrait of a program that doesn't just teach producing — it challenges you to find your own voice within it.
