Did you know that 80% of software engineers are into bouldering?

We turned that insight into the foundation of Navara's recruitment campaign. In a series of six films, we drew parallels between scaling a wall and scaling a codebase — and had five Navara employees get a masterclass from NK Boulder finalist Lisa Klem,

Since the target audience runs ad-blockers, we skipped display ads entirely and distributed the films via LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The campaign closed with a live boulder event where industry professionals could connect over a shared passion — part networking, part clinic, fully on-brand for a company that's always pushing its limits.

The impact went beyond attracting high-demand talent. The films resonated just as strongly with clients — putting a human face on Navara and reinforcing exactly the kind of company they want to work with: driven, creative, and always reaching for the next level.
